Essential Job Functions
- Creative Leadership and Art Direction: Work with Creative Director to translate marketing objectives into clear strategies, execute direction across multiple platforms from conception to completion while managing a design team.
- Asset Creation: Work with internal team to create marketing assets on time and within budget.
- Presentation Development: Work with internal team to develop and execute a variety of business-related presentations that maintain a consistent BH&G brand voice.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education:
- BA in graphic design or related field.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in graphic design in a creative fast-paced media environment (such as advertising, magazine, or publishing).
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Intimate understanding of brand voice and strong ability to communicate a cohesive design vision.
- Excellent sense of design layout and aesthetic judgment across multiple platforms.
- Highly creative and can successfully evaluate and edit concepts.
- Understanding of design, marketplace, social and business trends.
- Ability to analyze business/consumer insights for a creative perspective.
- Solid computer skills and command of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft programs.
- Skilled at project management, delegating and completing projects on time.
