Job Description
Seeking a full time Assistant to the Executive Producers to work with all day-to-day operations as outlined below. This is a Run of Show position and requires professional discretion.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Liaison between Executive Producers and production staff regarding meetings, updates, and staffing.
- Handle phones, calendar and contact management.
- Show days: greet EP guests, act as point of contact/liaison for EP.
- Keep all show related information (show boards, binders, folders, air calendars etc.) current and correct.
- Recruit and assist with hiring production staff when necessary (including job posting and pre-screening candidates).
- Maintain Executive Producers calendar events.
- Coordinate and set up meetings, travel, interview and events including staff and charity events.
- Assist with programming shows, daily carts.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Process Executive Producers administrative functions including expense reports.
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of professional working experience preferably in an administrative function
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and all mainstream social media platforms
- Ability to conduct research and present data in a succinct and well-written manner
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational and research skills

- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
- Must be willing to work in New York, NY
- Must have work authorization to work in the United States

Additional Requirements:
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
Salary range: $23.00-$28.00
