The role of the Integrated Marketing Associate Manager is to support advertiser-driven sales and marketing initiatives (strategic proposal creation) across Vox Media. The role of the Integrated Marketing Associate Manager is to support advertiser-driven sales and marketing initiatives (strategic proposal creation) across Vox Media. A key member of a client-facing team focused on winning the interest and confidence of our advertisers, this individual develops revenue-generating strategies and programs based on client briefs, data, and insights.
The position is part of a dedicated Marketing pod structure and reports directly to a Senior Lead. Collaboration is at the core of this role as this individual will work closely with pre and post-sales teams including sales, solutions planning, creative strategy, brand marketing, media, audio, and insights.
This individual should be exceptionally detail-oriented, intellectually curious, a team player, and a passionate fan of our brands, and show us how they can develop innovative and creative strategic solutions for our clients in ways that help build on the Vox success story.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and packaging for client-facing RFPs
- Collaborate with internal teams to vet ideas with editorial, nail down costs, the media strategy, and creative approaches
- Our resident perfectionist: mastering version control for decks and marketing materials
- Develop ongoing market and competitive analysis
WHO YOU ARE
- 3+ years of Marketing experience within the media/entertainment industry, digital/social/audio publishers, promotions/advertising/creative agency or branded entertainment/production
- A presentation wizard. Strong Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Photoshop skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as design aesthetic

Pay Range: $65,000—$70,000 USD
