Do you like the feeling of being able to work whenever you want like Uber and Lyft? Well how about that experience, but for basketball?! You can work your own schedule! If you love basketball and trying to find a way to stay involved in the sport, then this job is perfect for you!

The Videographer will be responsible for recording live, organized basketball games. This person will also anticipate the needs of customers, accurately answer questions, communicate well with other team members and identify ways to enhance the customer experience. The Videographer helps maximize customer retention by providing excellent customer service and accurate work execution.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Experience:

Use video Software to effectively record basketball games
Communicate effectively and professionally with Coaches, Referees and Ballers and game staff
Responds to and solve customer problems and complaints expeditiously
Provide services that are above and beyond customer satisfaction for retention
Potential videographers should be professional at all times
Be a brand champion for 1891
Ability to demonstrate passion and commitment for the 1891 service philosophy
Ensure that the intent of the brand is pulled through in customer experience
Serve as a role model by demonstrating exceptional work ethic and service delivery for all Customers
Champions change; inspires and motivates team to achieve operational excellence

Skills + Job Requirements

Ability to operate with excellence in a high pressure environment
General knowledge of basketball rules
Working cellphone, iPad, tripod and upfront purchase of video software (will be reimbursed)

Safety responsibilities:

Comply with all company safety rules
Use all required safety devices and personal protection equipment
Report accidents and injuries to Manager as soon as possible

Education:

High school diploma or GED
College degree in business or related field preferred
