Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring auditions.
- Cover the main casting line and its voicemail.
- Prepare routine correspondence, including rejection letters and actor inquiries.
- Maintain casting files.
- Attend artistic staff meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful applicants must be eighteen years of age or older at the time of the internship.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail required.
- Be socially mature and self-confident and able to take direction and criticism well.
- Be able to digest new information quickly and apply it productively.
- Be consistent and dependable in their work habits.
- Enjoy multi-tasking and creative problem-solving.
- Comfortable working effectively in a highly collaborative environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
HOURLY RATE: $16.00
