Job Description

The Commercial Production Manager will collaborate with the our team to ascertain clients’ needs and conceptualize ideas to meet those needs. They will also be required to produce and shoot commercial material for clients, and produce, and shoot for our company.    

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Participates and coordinates the production of a TV spot or segment from inception to broadcast. Includes pre-production, editing, professional voice over, and selection of music bed 
  • Reviews productions to ensure objectives are attained according to client requirements and ensures production is ready for air prior to start date 
  • Advances the production values of the company, shortens workload and enhances the image of our brand and products 
  • Creates shot-lists and scout locations for video  
  • Prepares all equipment, including props for shoots and equipment rentals if needed.  
  • Acts as director of photography for video shoots, including keeping shoots on schedule and being in compliance with public permissions. Responsible for all aesthetics as well as technical considerations; this includes all lighting, camera operation and sound operation  
  • Responsible for all principal shooting and video / audio recording  
  • Be able to lift and transport equipment as needed 
What We Look For
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
  • A minimum of 3 years professional experience as a Producer/Videographer is required 
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Photography or related field preferred 
  • Experience with editing platforms such as AVID and Premiere 
  • Still photographer experience preferred 
  • Experience in live event production is a plus (producing/directing) 
  • Strong knowledge of Videography and camera operations, including set-up, lighting, green screen  
  • Video editing, visual effects, compositing and motion graphics  
  • Ability to work in group settings while meeting tight deadlines for multiple stakeholders at all levels in the organization 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Experience lighting for indoor and outdoor shoots a must
