Key Responsibilities:
Becoming a Runner is the best way to get your foot in the door. This position allows you to see first-hand how a VFX studio operates, gaining insight to the career opportunities that we can offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering all questions and requests from our employees
- Assisting the Office Manager with the smooth running of our offices
- Manage stocks and supplies, arranging orders where necessary; ensuring refreshments, stationary and general office equipment are well stocked
- Keeping the kitchens, meeting rooms and rest areas clean, tidy and well presented
- Helping the Facilities Department with physical tasks which can include hanging pictures, painting, upkeep of the facility entrance, installing new office furniture and equipment, etc.
- Assisting the reception team when needed, including dealing with phone calls, welcoming employees and visitors and providing refreshments for meetings and clients, booking meeting rooms, cars and couriers
- Providing support to producers and managers, assisting producers with documents' presentation where necessary, including adding images to layout, laminating, binding, scanning, photocopying
- Dealing with banking and dispatching of post
- Assisting with incoming mail, deliveries, grocery orders, etc.
Must Haves:
- Previous customer service experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and Email
- Keen interest in the film industry and VFX
- A professional and friendly manner
