Job Description
Supervisors will be using a combination of After Effects, Maya and camera tracking programs to help develop the look and feel of the project. This is a remote-work opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities

- Work closely with the client to ensure that their vision is met, constantly improving on their wishes
- Take responsibility to meet the pressures and demands of a production schedule, working with the Production team to deliver on time and on budget
- Work closely with the Production team to ensure an accurate production schedule is set up and maintained
- Work closely with all departments on pipeline improvements and developments
- Mentor and support the artists on their team, motivate and provide effective feedback to artists, train artists and understand how to develop artist abilities
- Communicate with Halon production team on current and foreseen problems that will need to be addressed
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Post Visualization Supervisor preferred
- Solid knowledge of Maya and After Effects are essential
- Strong compositing knowledge and modern techniques to develop high end environments
- Excellent knowledge of cinematic language and camera terminology
- Firm understanding of cameras, staging, composition, perspective, pacing, timing and cinematography concepts in animation context
- Excellent at communicating creative and technical thoughts and ideas in a positive, professional manner
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, often with multiple tasks and under deadline pressure
- Encouraging attitude towards feedback and new initiatives
- Experience of working to tight budgets and timelines
