Job Description

With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness the PM serves as a key stakeholder in the qualification, execution, and renewal of business. Serving high-value, comprehensive agency relationships and strategic partnerships, the Project Manager is a process-driven project leader leveraging strong business acumen and a proven track record of success to help our clients achieve their goals.

Responsibilities will include: 

●Proactively manage our Creative Studios projects - this could include video, websites, consumer reach, brand development projects and more from our full-service flight of solutions.
●Efficiently and effectively lead the development of project scopes to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability of deliverables.
●Co-lead campaign kick-off meetings to demonstrate fidelity to client goals and milestones
●Execute strategies to successfully manage campaigns through an anticipation of needs and translation of agreed upon solutions.
●Develop, track, and communicate project timelines to ensure achievement of key milestones and collaboratively troubleshoot when the need persists
●Set and ensure client work meets high quality standards and expectations before being shared with client.
●Proficiently leverage Click-Up Project Management, Harvest CRM, MS Teams, Jira, and other applicable tools to conduct best-in-class communications among internal teams.
●Proactively provide timely updates on project progress and hold team members and clients accountable to deadlines.
●Maintain a regular cadence of collaboration with internal team members. 

Required Skills:

●Bachelor's degree
●3+ years of relevant project management experience.
●Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques such as scoping, budgeting, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
●Broad understanding of marketing and communications with an emphasis on digital.
●Strong communication and relationship management skills.
●Ability to translate requirements into a clear plan of execution.
