Job Description
The Talk Show Producer will create topical, compelling relevant and innovative content for our award-winning afternoon drive show for broadcast and digital. Candidate must be a passionate self-starter who works well with a diverse team of personalities and clients, has big ideas, is innovative, a team player, handle tight deadlines and able to handle all aspects of creating great content from start to finish.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Write, produce and edit content daily
- Research, pitch and Book newsmakers and unique guests for on air and off-air segments and social media
- Work closely with the show team, programming and news teams, clients, sales teams and all departments on execution of the show daily
- Must be willing to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
What We Look For
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

- At least 5 years of radio experience in a major market.
- Must have experience producing a personality driven program, booking guests, off air production and working with talent to create topical and compelling daily content.
- Must understand social media and how to integrate daily on-air content into snackable social media content.
- Must be results driven, passionate and able to work under tight deadlines.
