Job Description

The Content Fashion Stylist works closely with the Photographers, Art Directors, Video Producers, and Videographers to bring our fashion apparel business to life so that the overall styling coordinates with a professional brand aesthetic. You will be on-site at our headquarters in West Chester, PA and traveling to remote shoots.

Reporting to the Stylist Supervisor, you will style fashion product detail on-figure and creative laydowns, as well as styling for larger lifestyle and brand marketing shoots. Stylist will also execute styling promotional fashion videos used on the live broadcast. Responsibilities includes sample tracking, procurement, and prep, in addition to creating larger lifestyle environments, including set builds, prop procurement, and strike. You will be responsible for breaking down and returning all set pieces, props, and samples after the shoot.

Your Impact
  • You will understand and communicate styling elements based on brand
  • You will coordinate outfits and accessories along with ensuring proper fit on models so that all elements are represented in a true fashion
  • Support all studio personnel for other multi-platform styling projects (Hard Goods, Beauty, Jewelry, Home Décor)
  • Ensures successful execution of projects by clearing barriers for team while holding them accountable to deliver an experience.
  • Understand and execute the defined objectives of fashion styling and work toward furthering company goals.
  • Partner and communicate closely with Integrated Production team and other cross-functional team members, sharing ideas toward solutions and best support of the product and vision.
  • You will be responsible for resource allocation (Accessories, Shoes, Props, Set Pieces) on creative projects.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years styling experience in a Photo Studio /TV Production/Video Production/Digital Media Production environment required.
  • Ability to travel daily/overnight.
  • Extensive experience with apparel styling, styling for print, web, and retail and/or TV production shoots for commercials, promotional announcements, and special event projects with attention to varied multi-functional visual disciplines.
  • Bachelors of Arts or Science in a related field or equivalent business related experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate Photography, Video, Web and Live broadcast terminology.
  • Proficient on both the Macintosh (OSX) and PC computing platforms.
