Job Description
Responsible for the accuracy, quality, timely processing and delivery of all long-form media for networks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Establish and maintain good relationships with studios/distributors/vendors and internal departments.
- Update our internal active media tracking database.
- Oversee the accuracy of charges billed to the department
- Maintain the media library (digital and physical).
- Review editor monthly assignments.
- Download media from distributor hard drives.
- Create movie screener files.
- Update media onboarding spreadsheet.
- Assist with network notes, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Associate degree or bachelor’s degree, or related work experience
- 2+ years’ experience in a major TV or cable market preferred
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with diverse personalities.
- Ability to work in a high-velocity environment.
- Flexible, solution-oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere/ Media Encoder.
- Possess Microsoft Office skills.
