Content Treatment Supervisor

The Content Treatment Supervisor will be a seasoned Video Editor, charged with overseeing the treatment of a wide-range of classic content- from retro television series, to golden age films, to slapstick short form segments. He or she will be tasked with conducting program research, standardizing episode formats and ensuring that the audience has the best viewing experience possible.

The Content Treatment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the department’s Editing process from start to finish.  They will review projects from a team of 10+ Content Editors to maintain story integrity, as well as technical integrity.  He or she will be extremely organized, detail-oriented and have extensive project management experience. They will help the team meet deadlines and keep the train on track.  The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and provide clear directions and constructive feedback to staff. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to build team engagement and inspire collaboration. Soft skills include an upbeat personality, approachable disposition, and eagerness to teach editing skills, tips and tricks.
