Job Description

The DEI organization is focused on creating, leading, and supporting our people and culture inclusion strategies.  In collaboration with Segment & Enterprise DEI as well as HR, this organization will provide subject matter expertise on relevant inclusion practices to business leaders and employees to develop and nurture an inclusive workplace where all employees can be themselves and see themselves .

Reporting to the Director of DEI, within the broader HR organization key responsibilities of this role are:
  • Provide support to DEI Senior Manager who supports Studio LOBs (Lucas Film and Pixar OR – WDAS, SoCal Studio/Streaming businesses OR, East coast businesses )
  • Manage multiple tactical cross-department efforts and D&I activations
  • Support Day-to-Day BERG/Council Management including monthly programming
  • Support Program Localization & Implementation within Studio Content, WDAS, Pixar and Lucasfilm
  • Attend relevant meetings to contribute and capture actions and ensure appropriate follow through
  • Draft internal DEI communications and regularly update key partners and stakeholders
  • Develop presentations and mechanisms to track progress
  • In partnership with workforce insights, track relevant DEI data as required
  • Includes providing administrative support to the DEI Director and Sr. Manager as required

The hiring range for this position in California is $47,806.00 to $64,130.00 per year.
