Job Description
The Coordinator will facilitate the operations of Paramount Streaming’s Incubator Program. This role will work with the SVP of Innovation and the larger team to track ideas from across Paramount Streaming and maintaining backlogs. They will also coordinate calendars and events that nurture a vibrant culture of innovation within Paramount Streaming!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Support the Innovation and Emerging Platforms team in a variety projects and initiatives including our incubator program and communications and events
- Collect and track innovative new ideas from Designers, Engineers, Product managers, and more
- Maintain a system for tracking the activities related to Innovation projects and programs
- Administrative tasks like setting team meetings, critical conversations with Streaming leadership, booking travel, and more
- Learn about the streaming media landscape and its future alongside internal and external experts
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience working within a large digital/media/streaming company
- Familiarity with modern efficiency and collaboration tools such as G Suite, Airtable, Miro, Figma, and more
Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Quick learner who can run with action items
- A passion for the intersection of entertainment and emerging technology
- Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
- Adept at learning new platforms and efficiency tools/platforms
Hiring Salary Range: $43,000.00 - 60,000.00.
