Job Description
As a video editing intern, you will be assisting the team to prepare promos for TV broadcast, social clips for social posts and other digital contents. You will also have the opportunity to work with various operations functions.
You will be responsible for the following areas:
You will be responsible for the following areas:
- Learn to export video content for audio mix, lay back mixed audio in the mastering process and export for final master delivery.
- Learn to produce simple graphics/visual for promo production.
- Learn about the different delivery requirements on the different platforms – social, online, TV and print.
- Researching stories/talents and supporting the production of entertainment pieces, with the guidance of the Senior Producer and Production Manager.
- Partake in and support NBCU initiatives, including playing an active role in the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Any other duties dependent upon varying work requirements
Qualifications
- Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as being cooperative and a good team player.
- Adept at video editing, specifically using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Working knowledge of graphics software e.g. Adobe Photoshop, After Effects would be a plus
- Ready to learn and be motivated by the entertainment content genre.
