Job Description

You are curious and creative! Someone that stays on top of the latest branded content trends and navigates biculturalism. You have a passion for purpose-driven ideas and bringing out the human side of brands. You have a strong writing and editing background primarily in English.

YOUR DAY-DAY:
  • Attend RFP meetings, kick-off calls, creative brainstorms, and team meetings.
  • Ideate, write, develop and present strategically focused ideas on multiple platforms with guidance from creative leads.
  • Create branded content that makes impactful connections between brands and consumers.
  • Collaborate with your teammates and cross-functional departments.
  • Manage multiple projects at the same time with quick turnarounds.
  • Follow direction, and give and take constructive feedback.
  • Help to identify and research culturally relevant insights for U.S. Hispanics.
  • Draft creative presentations, as assigned.
  • Work on scripts and storylines for client projects. 
  • Help with talent research. 
YOU HAVE:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in creative writing.
  • Excellent written and editing skills (primarily in English). Spanish a plus, but most importantly understanding of  cultural nuances in the Hispanic market. 
  • 4+ years of experience in writing and editing in journalism, advertising, marketing or media industry. 
  • Understanding of the U.S. Hispanic audience.
  • A positive problem solver who works well solo or with a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Keynote.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Must have unlimited work authorization in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Flexible, adaptable work under tight deadlines.
