Job Description

You will be responsible for administrative support including calendar management, expense and travel for an Executive Vice President as well as ad hoc team needs.  The role includes working with third party vendors to the team and creating various reports and first draft documents as needed.

Responsibilities:

●    Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks for the EVP and other team members including managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, arranging travel plans, itineraries and maintaining an organized digital file system
●    Manage the EVP’s schedule, including substantial coordination with Noggin leadership team; provides “gatekeeper” and “gateway” role for access to EVP’s time
●    Ensure that meetings run smoothly by compiling agendas and materials, coordinating AV needs when necessary
●    Manage team-wide meetings and events, including coordination with facilities teams on space reservation, AV needs, and food
●    Provide bridge for smooth communication between the EVP and internal teams; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with leadership and the broader team.
●    Support team-wide communications, including managing distribution lists and communication channels (e.g., email and slack), and surveys 
●    Support general operations through assisting with general expense and finance coordination, office space, agile workflow logistics, and supplies  
●    Contribute to strong team culture through effective onboarding new employees, coordinating special initiatives, and managing social events
  
Basic Qualifications:

●    Bachelor's Degree 
●    1+ years of previous administrative experience and/or project management experience 
●    Passion for children’s media and educational technology a plus

Additional Qualifications:

●    Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Forms
●    Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritize work assignments, and meet deadlines
●    Ability to sift through data and create actionable insights based on findings
●    Experience in developing and maintaining excellent relationships, internally and externally
●    Experience with creating & maintaining purchase requests for monthly invoices for multiple vendors/projects/teams
●    Outstanding social skills, written and oral communications skills as required to interface across several levels and groups
●    Ability to learn quickly, be flexible and adapt to changing industry and social landscape

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $45,000.00 - 60,000.00.
