DIGITAL NEWS DESK ANCHOR - WLBT

WLBT is looking for someone to lead the Digital News Desk. This person will be responsible for developing unique content for the station's streaming platforms. They will produce and anchor shows every day, focusing on breaking news and continuing coverage.

Duties/Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Serve as the director of the Digital Desk
- Serve as the primary anchor for the Digital Desk
- Serve as the technical expert for the Digital Desk
- Lead the breaking news effort for the Digital Desk
- Schedule and conduct interviews at the Digital Desk

Qualifications/Requirements:

- College Degree in Journalism, Communications or related field
- Reporting experience on digital platforms and/or on air
- Technical knowledge and understanding of various media platforms
- Be able to respond quickly and aggressively to breaking news
- Ability to have good news judgment
