Job Description

Salem Media Group is looking for an exceptional individual to join our national team (SMR) as a Digital Project Coordinator. Salem Media Representatives (SMR) works with national companies, advertising agencies and non-profit organizations to develop successful multi-media advertising campaigns. 

Responsibilities
  • In this position, you will assist with the coordination of digital marketing campaign execution. You will organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. 
  • Collaborate between sales and Advertising Operations to manage a variety of strategic digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collect proof of performance reports from all partner teams and deliver reports to the appropriate Media Strategist
  • Work with the Business Department to verify that all active campaigns are consistent with revenue reports.
  • The Digital Marketing Project Coordinator will assist the Director of Digital Advertising Operations with the coordination of digital marketing campaign execution.
  • They will organize projects with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate between sales and our partner teams to manage a variety of strategic digital marketing campaigns.
  • Receive signed Insertion Orders and initiate the fulfillment of the campaigns with appropriate partner teams.
  • Maintain database of all campaigns, tactics, creative assets, flight dates and budgets.
  • Communicate and deliver campaign tactics, creative assets, flight dates and budgets to partner teams.
Qualifications
  • Impeccable character-honesty, integrity, excellence
  • Previous track record of successfully working with digital sales teams
  • Must be able to work with sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven digital marketing aptitude in the areas of SEO, SEM/PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Programmatic Video/Display, YouTube, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Outstanding writing and communication skills
  • Highly organized and an ability to multi-task
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Reputation for discernment and wise decision-making
Compensation range: $50,000 - $55,000+ annual. Includes salary + bonus-based package.
