Job Description

Reporting to the eCommerce Sr. Associate, the eCommerce Associate will be responsible for overseeing assigned division and categories or cross-categories. Including learning and executing strategies, analyzing the performance to their assigned area, and developing an understanding and influence of the marketing channels to the category. You will be responsible for communication with multiple internal teams like Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Broadcast Production, Category and Content Production, Creative, and others to seamlessly execute the product and platforms strategies and achieve the digital and category sales plans.

Your Impact
  • Create, distribute, and route the department, brand, event, and promotional briefs for assigned areas
  • Review and approve product content (digital images, copy, etc.) to meet the strategy, generating recaps and reporting to guide future strategies.
  • Manage the information handoff to email team for briefing needs.
  • Manage content within the CMS review process, check links and copy points for all marketing channels.
  • Assist in the coordination of product samples when necessary, working with the merchants, vendors, and imaging studio.
  • Setup and validate both digital only and global promotions.
  • Facilitate TS or event launches for assigned areas; assist with brand/category strategy meetings.
  • Partner with eCommerce Sr. Associate to learn and apply platform, category, and event best practices.
  • Communicate with internal partners on strategy and execution or the category and department.
  • Work with vendors and guests to develop category/brand appropriate recommendations for the ecommerce strategy (i.e., content, customer marketing initiatives, email campaigns, photos, etc.).
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in merchandising/marketing/eCommerce sales or equivalent business experience.
  • 2 plus years' experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Knowledge of reporting-based platforms including Google Analytics and Tableau is encouraged.
