Job Description

Fox Entertainment and SRG are looking for a Project Manager to help support its strategic relationships with key partners. This individual will play a crucial role helping to track the many elements of the partnership and ensure their execution. We are looking for someone with a keen attention to detail, ability to navigate a large organization and strength in client services. This role will require someone who is both strategically and operationally oriented and can drive to solutions independently.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the EVP, Digital, Technology and Business Development and VP, Digital Strategy and Business Development by helping to oversee the strategic partnership
  • Work to set up the operating model for the strategic partnership including
  • Identifying and onboarding stakeholders to engage across FOX and SRG
  • Setting up governance structures (e.g. understanding the liabilities, legal implications, compliance etc.)
  • Developing communication channels and cadence 
  • Setting up a tracking system to ensure delivery of commitments  
  • Serve as the streamlined communication channel between Partner and FOX, regarding all elements of the partnership
  • Track and manage all deal commitments and work cross-functionally to assure delivery; develop and deliver reporting and progress
  • Develop presentation materials for Steering and Board meetings
  • Partner cross-functionally across the organization including: Legal, Finance, Production and other BUs
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • B.A. or higher education 
  • 5-7 years in an operational role (e.g. Operations, Project Management)
  • Experience building and delivering presentations (strong PowerPoint, Excel skills required)
  • Experience in setting and maintaining budgets, financial reporting
  • Experience navigating a large organization with multiple stakeholders 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER
  • Experience in client services and Media and Entertainment
Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $161,000.00-180,000.00 annually for California.
