Job Description
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting fashion director in picking wardrobe for "on-air" talent
- Setting up market appointments and maintaining a schedule to see new collections
- Accompanying fashion director to market appointments
- Interfacing with clothing manufacturers
- Assist in providing talent who have special needs, and special assignment wardrobe for hurricanes, fires, war zones, and special physical needs (maternity)
- Assist with "talent" promotional shoots
- Assist in setting up and breaking down hundreds of articles of clothing at our trunk shows 4 times per year
- Maintaining talent wardrobe: steaming, ironing, arranging for tailoring - which also must be entered into our database to assuring timely results and billing
- Unpacking boxes of clothing sent by vendors and checking merchandise for accuracy of sizes and colors
- Service all "out of town" talent by verifying purchase orders and re-sending their incoming clothing via UPS
- Distributing clothing to in house and out of town talent
- Coordinating billing and purchase orders as well as logging all merchandise received for over 180 on-air talent
