Responsibilities:
- Work with technical and news staff to satisfy production needs for live and taped programming, under supervision of Producer, Director & Technical Director
- Serve as fill-in for all studio tech positions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed.

- Degree (preferably in Broadcasting) or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in TV Studio Production
- Ability to understand and perform all aspects and duties of a level 1 technician, including: Stage Managing, Studio Camera, Teleprompter, Lighting, Video Tape Playback, and Chyron operator.
- Immediate aptitude and desire to be trained at the next technical level (Technical Director/Audio)
- Prior experience as a Tape playback operator for live sports shows preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities a must.
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, weekends & holidays and embrace a flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Jib operator a plus/advantage
- Must be able to lift 25lbs and set/strike studio/remote gear
- Assists producer and/or director in setting up in-studio productions including lighting, placement of cameras, running cables location of microphones, color balancing of cameras, etc.

- Assists producer and/or director in setting up in-studio productions including lighting, placement of cameras, running cables location of microphones, color balancing of cameras, etc.
- Assist in the coordination of talkbacks and live shots for various news related programs
- Perform other related duties as required. Must be willing to working a flexible schedule.
