Job Description

We are looking for someone who has an excellent understanding of and experience in brand design, layout, and multiplatform assets, as well as a keen interest in children’s content. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, and able to manage a multitude of material assets with strong attention to detail.  Candidates with emerging experience but a keen interest in growing in the kids’ media space will be of strong interest to us.

 WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO
  • Inform and execute corporate branding design elements. 
  • Craft sales and marketing materials based on existing series’ branding. 
  • Ideate  on branding and logo concepts for series in development. 
  • Generate pitch materials for new series with guidance from senior team. 
  • Work with the social team on assets for social media content across multiple platforms. 
  • Work with the team to create licensing and merchandising assets. 
ABOUT YOU
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating skill, craft, thinking, and experience.
  • Strong verbal presentation skills that explain the design process, approach, impact, and outcomes.
  • A clearly defined design approach and methodology.
  • Experience in visual design as it relates to typography, grids, and brand identity.
  • Experience in digital design systems, specifically Adobe Creative Suite.
  • A strong grasp of best practices as it relates to user experience design.
  • Experience creating brand identity based on existing creative materials is an asset. 
  • Proven ability to balance projects effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
