Job Description
The ideal candidate will have excellent creative and storytelling skills and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a video production role.
What you’ll be doing:

- Supports pre-production, production and post-production of all video and audio related tasks
- Suggests technology or content ideas to help the creative team achieve the desired outcome
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and Senior Visual Storyteller/Video Editor to develop and produce all video-related content
- Works with the production, design, and development teams to bring ideas to life
- Create and tell compelling stories, assist in the scriptwriting process for segments as well as complete videos
- Ability to create social media content
- Create storyboards and shot lists for pre-production analysis
- Recording original content for production and content creation
- Contribute design and technical skills and new ideas to maximize in-house video production workflows
- Help with camera, audio and lighting setup of production shoots, and assist in the production itself
- Responsible for managing and keeping records of all video and audio content available
- Assist in the recording of all VR, AR and XR content
What you need to succeed:
- Proven work experience as a Videographer and Editor
- Strong passion for releasing quality products
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while producing high quality content
- Video motion graphics production experience
- Ability to find creative and innovative solutions for existing and future video delivery mediums
- In-depth understanding of industry-standard video compression, targeting multiple platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous and diligent attributes with sharp attention to detail
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
Must be experienced with:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Audition
- Experience with different types of cinema cameras and equipment such as Sony SF6, Canon C-300, DJI Ronin 4D, etc.
- Being willing to learn, grow and have forward thinking
- Having flexibility and being able to pivot while multitasking
- Being able to travel occasionally
Great to have:
- VR/AR video production experience
- Experience in game-based training application development
- Familiar with Unity-based applications for AR and/or VR platforms.
- A four-year degree in film production, journalism or similar fields
- Experience with audio middleware such as WWise or FMod
- Music composition and production
- Scriptwriting for video segments
