Line Producer

You have the innate ability to juggle numerous tasks across a variety of projects none of which are the same - from event coordination to talent wrangling to content productions. Your skills at project management and organization will enable you to successfully and effectively execute world-class programs for the World Leader in Entertainment. 
 
· Acts as the Las Vegas based point person for all aspects of projects and campaign execution within Cirque du Soleil’s Partnerships and Content Development teams;
· Performs project management activities such as overseeing budgeting, scheduling, planning, location scouting and marketing throughout the project development process;
· Construct detailed project assignment outlines to put various partners (in-house filmmakers/editors, talent, activations partners and external production teams) in the best position to deliver high quality work;
· Develop content and/or activation production calendars and ensure efficient allocation of in-house/external resources;
· Conducts meetings with various teams to discuss production/activation progress and check-ins to ensure objectives and goals are met;
· Manage the budget and oversee all operations and logistics, from pre-production through activation and through post-production;
· Monitoring post-production processes to ensure accurate completion of details: completes the follow ups on assets, corrections, revisions, deliver timeline and final delivery;
· Liaise with Partnership Activation team to coordinate brand activations, including but not limited to Partner VIP experiences, PR and Communications and Branded Content;
· Foster an engaging, inspiring, innovative environment leading to the development and execution of stellar impactful, client solutions;
 
YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE

· Razor sharp marketing project manager with 5+ years of experience within Entertainment based businesses;
· Track record of delivering on the execution of small- and large-scale campaigns/projects that drive growth, sales and profitability; 
· Previous experience with Content Marketing/Productions and Activations preferred;
· World class time management skills to maintain multiple projects with complex details and timelines from numerous team;
· Ability to “connect the dots” and develop quick solutions when problems arise;
· Exceptional verbal, written and people skills.
