CUMULUS MEDIA | (Atlanta, GA) has an immediate, remote opening for a Marketing & Social Media Manager on our incentRev/SweetDeals Digital Commerce team! As the Marketing & Social Media Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to fully spearhead all marketing and social media presence/advertising aspects of incentRev’s SweetDeals e-commerce platform. You’ll have both creative and fulfillment responsibilities related to strategies for SweetDeals’ current marketing campaigns, as well as back-end analysis of conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales. Additionally, you’ll utilize social media marketing tools to create and maintain the SweetDeals brand – this includes content development, creation, and researching social media trends that are relevant to SweetDeals’ marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate fresh marketing and social media strategies for SweetDeals e-commerce – review current marketing campaigns for weaknesses, developing solutions within budget constraints and brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management.
  • Develop and execute all B2B and priority marketing and social media projects, including managing project deliverables plans, project trackers, and internal status communications to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for both marketing and social media marketing-specific campaigns – assisting leadership in cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings.
  • Work with product management, sales, graphic design, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across the eCommerce platform.
  • Use social media marketing tools to maintain the company’s brand, performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Develop social media marketing campaigns, including content creation.
  • Analyze completed campaign analytics for both successes and areas of improvement.
  • Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets.
  • Employ SEO tools/methods to ensure SweetDeals is optimized for searching/performance responsiveness, as well as delivering visual appeal and compelling content.
  • Serve as a thought leader and client advocate for all active campaigns.
Job Requirements:
  • 3+ years of corporate marketing and social media management experience required, bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field highly preferred.
  • A strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience working professionally with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and/or WordPress is a plus.
  • Solid working knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing techniques – set and hit client targets for both traffic and ROI through in-depth campaign strategy.
  • Able to deliver creative content (i.e
  • text, image, and video) – familiarity with web design and publishing extremely helpful.
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous broadcasting experience a plus, including exposure to industry-specific advertising opportunities (e.g Radio Inc., etc.)
