We need a smart, collaborative Marketer with strong organizational skills to work alongside our team of Account Executives to craft innovative solutions that deliver exceptional client results. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with account executives and the leadership team to craft highly compelling, strategic marketing proposals that result in a strong ROI for clients.
•Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract valuable insights from marketing and sales data, empowering data-driven recommendations for enhancing client strategies.
• Seamlessly liaise with the sales, Sports, and Local Programming departments to ensure streamlined content integration of sponsored content into our lifestyle shows.
• Spearhead the onboarding process for smooth client integration into Local programming, while diligently tracking associated revenue and internal coding for accurate reporting and analysis.
• Develop comprehensive case studies, impactful PowerPoint presentations, and other compelling collateral to effectively communicate the numerous benefits of our products to both current clients and prospective customers.
• Engage with all key stakeholders to initiate, strategize, execute, and proficiently oversee large-scale sponsored events.
• Foster a collaborative partnership with Sales Management to drive targeted sales initiatives and leverage sponsorships effectively.
• Work in tandem with our Consumer Insights Strategist to discern research requirements, skillfully analyze findings, and apply invaluable insights relevant to our clients.
• Implement and help oversee scalable processes that result in enhanced customer service and increased operational efficiencies.
• Project Manager for various large client sponsorships, including high-profile events such as the Olympics, Home Team Harvest, Best of Western Washington, Best Northwest Escapes, and Seattle Seahawks sponsorship initiatives.
• Develop and proficiently manage KING 5's client-facing marketing strategy, encompassing impactful initiatives on LinkedIn and the production of KING 5's monthly sales newsletter for our valued partners and prospects.
• Foster a strong collaboration with TEGNA Marketing Solutions while actively exchanging valuable insights with the sales team to drive effective marketing strategies.
• Showcase and effectively promote your ideas to both internal and external stakeholders, adeptly leveraging persuasive presentation skills to drive successful outcomes and revenue growth.
• Draft client marketing contracts and skillfully craft the required legal language for sponsored sweepstakes and contests, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and full adherence to applicable regulations.
• Additional responsibilities as directed by the sales leadership team.

Job Requirements:

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of three years of sales and marketing experience; media and digital experience are a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills while possessing the creative aptitude to merchandise data into creative client-facing presentations.
• PowerPoint design skills, with an exceptional ability to distill complex information into easily digestible and visually engaging presentations.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to mitigate inevitable pivots in daily tasks.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing media environment where adaptability is crucial for thriving and achieving remarkable results.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to proficiently handle the substantial volume of writing, presenting, and effectively selling ideas, fostering seamless interactions and successful outcomes.
• “Can-do” attitude with the ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and multiple other departments in a professional manner, exhibiting leadership and excellent people skills.

Preferred:

•  Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management platform.
•  Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere.
•  Event management and sponsorship experience ideal

Travel: Rarely: less than 10%

Work Environment Set: Office: normally performed in a typical interior/office environment

Physical Demands Set: Light work: Involves sitting most of the time, walking, lifting, bending, standing, etc.

The salary range is from $68,000 - $72,000.
