Primary Responsibilities:
- Work in multiple mediums, including 3D and 2D workspaces, to build out elements and packages for Social & Digital Media, TV, in-stadium, and more.
- Collaborate with Vikings Entertainment Network (VEN) producers and editors, as well as the in-house creative team, True North, to create internal and external facing elements for Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and U.S. Bank Stadium.
- Build and update various templates used in post-production and LIVE environments. Display sizes will vary depending on the venue and broadcast location.
- Collaborate with VEN and Game Day Staff to build elements used within Ross Xpression graphical systems at U.S. Bank Stadium and TCO Performance Center.
- Work across multiple Departments to meet the needs of internal Vikings requests and outside partnerships.
Required Skill Sets:
- Primary design environment includes working in the Adobe Creative Suite Platform. High to Expert-level skills desired.
- 3D Animation proficiency strongly encouraged. Proficiency in Maxon Cinema4D is a bonus.
- Ability to lead or assist through the design process from inception to execution. Storytelling and cohesive development through editing is necessary.
- Availability for varying timelines and potentially tight deadlines required.
- Comfort with use of Codecs, Frame Rates, and Industry Standards for delivering elements for all mediums (TV, Web, Stadium, etc).
- Experience with some or all areas of production is preferred: lighting, shooting, compiling, editing, post-production, etc.
Background & Qualifying History
- B.A., B.S. or Comparable Art Education Background
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Advanced proficiency in a Motion Graphics field
- Ross Xpression design experience is strongly preferred
- Experience working in LIVE Production, Broadcast, Entertainment, Sports or related Marketing environments is preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays and other non-traditional off hours
