Job Description

The Photo Editor and Digital Asset Coordinator will play a crucial role in editing unique and engaging photo content that provides a strong connection with our fans and strengthens the AMB Sports and Entertainment brand. Responsibilities will include live editing game, practice, lifestyle and studio imagery as well as maintaining the company’s Digital Asset Management system. This position is responsible for adding proper metadata in order to make all images easily searchable within the DAM while collaborating with the digital and creative team to deliver dynamic on-brand content for multiple platforms. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Primary Live Editor for Atlanta Falcons Gamedays and Atlanta United Matchdays.
  • Assist in all administrative and photography for AMBSE.
  • Updating and maintaining AMBSE/Falcons/United/Mercedes-Benz Stadium images onto the DAM.
  • Assist with photography requests that come in for internal and external needs.
  • Able to edit and provide efficient delivery of images in real-time to digital and social team.
  • Maintain photo archiving database with proper metadata and tagging.
  • Keep up current on digital, creative, and photographic trends and technology.
  • Work closely with creative and digital team to ensure that photos are best-in-class and select high-performing content.
  • Follow brand guideline specifications and ensure consistency on quality when editing.
  • Help create Photo Galleries and collaborate with the Digital team.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in visual arts, production, or equivalent education
  • Minimum three years of experience in photo editing in real-time for live events, with advanced knowledge in Digital Asset Management
  • Experience in creating image-based storytelling content
Required Skills
  • Advanced experience using the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Lightroom, and PhotoMechanic
  • Advanced experience using the Photoshelter or a similar Digital Asset Management system
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team situation and with clients, working under pressure and juggling multiple and complex projects on tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills required
