Job Description
We are looking for a Post Production Producer & Supervisor who directly reports to the Creative Director and supports him in all the creative processes and especially technical/organizational aspects of the daily workflow for our Youth & Music brands.

Technical:
- Supervision of freelance editors & agencies;
- Supervision & brand guardianship of cross platform promotional assets;
- Check of all the materials IN and OUT (quality check, give feedback to the Project Manager etc);
- Project management support;
- Evaluation of work timing;
- Evaluation of the freelance type needed based on project and timing;
- Support to our Project Managers for all the technical aspects regarding the editing/post production process;
- Handle and organize the department archive together with the PM.
Creative operative:
- Creating, writing, editing promos, promo campaigns and cluster reels & managing gfx projects. Every aspect of the post production workflow (from concept proposals to final output);
- Key Art/Key Visual proposals, mockups and supervision;
- Manage the audiomix process, from the edit to the final broadcast mix (most audiomixes for the Youth&Music brands promos are done in-house).
- Work with the team to create and edit promos/campaigns/ digital assets/ reels for cluster needs;
- Take care of the A to Z of video post production. Brainstorming, concept presentations, script writing, editing, work on simple graphic projects, audiomixing and freelance/agency supervision;
- Workflow management; check of materials, project backup and supervision of all the production workflow on the technical side; ensure and control every output’s quality and timely delivery.
What would we like to you to have: - Strong Video Editing skills (specifically in promo production which includes copywriting, concepts, editing and delivery);
- +5 years Broadcasting experience (specifically in promo/creative departments);
- Experience in giving efficient feedback based on brand styleguides, technical & creative knowledge;
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
- Musically aware & curious;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Experience managing high volume of multi-platform creative campaign types in parallel with geographically dispersed teams;
- Proficient in localization workflows, including graphics packages;
- Problem solving and proactive mindset;
- Necessity to work independently in a fast-pace environment where supervision at times can be delayed;
- Strong team player attitude.
Software knowledge:
- Adobe Premiere;
- Adobe After Effects;
- Adobe Audition;
- Keynote/powerpoint.
