Job Description

KEET-TV, the sole service PBS station in Eureka, California is seeking a Producer/Director/Editor/Videographer.  This full-time position works with other production department staff and volunteers to develop, produce, record and edit programming for broadcast and non-broadcast distribution.
  • Qualifications required for this position include but are not limited to a bachelors’ degree or equivalent or a minimum of three years experience in the recording and editing of programs and/or promotional materials.  
  • Advanced training or experience is required in video editing, shot composition, camera operation, lighting and audio, in both field and studio locations.  
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, essential. 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Adobe software including Premiere and Photoshop are required.
A valid California driver’s license and evidence of insurance is required.  Applicants must be able to operate a van or truck and must be able to lift 50 pounds. 

The starting pay rate for this position is $16.75 per hour.
