Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support editorial teams on the development and production of original programming including research, conducting interviews, attending shoots, organizing footage and creating graphics
- Assist with production of as-live shows and special events including preparing elements and printing scripts for anchors
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized database of TODAY All Day show promotional elements. Coordinate and distribute brand assets for internal and external partners
- Help develop, manage and update presentations and documents shared with internal and external partners
- Various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated strong knowledge and interest in news, current events and lifestyle trends
- Strong journalistic writing skills, research skills, and editorial judgment
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
- Collaborative spirit and outstanding communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Awareness of NBC News personalities and brands
