Job Description
Paramount is looking for “ Production & Production Management Sr. Director (North Cone) ” to join the PTIS (Paramount Television International Studios) team in Mexico.
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Be responsible for the implementation of the studio's production strategies and production initiatives in Mexico.
- Manage production teams, supervising workflows and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality content in line with established objectives, requirements and deadlines.
- Generate and supervise relationships with external production companies, suppliers and talents.
- Establish objectives, priorities and deadlines for the production and delivery of content.
- Coordinate the teams in charge of financial administration (reports, budgets, costs, contracts) of PTIS productions in Mexico.
- Maintain close communication with pan-regional PTIS P&PM teams to create synergies.
Requirements:
- We target profiles with experience in leading production teams.
- It will be a fundamental requirement to have a level of bilingual English.
- We will value those candidates who demonstrate experience in leadership and team management and good communication and organization skills.
- At the same time, we look for candidates familiar with current production and post-production technologies and workflows.
