Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Viewing Product projects working closest with our Design & UX team, in addition to Product Managers, Technology teams and Business stakeholders e.g., Editorial Team
- Partner with other PMO and Technology Delivery teams to ensure successful delivery
- Create and distribute clear and consistent project information for cross-functional teams, leadership, and stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly cadence as needed
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Support Viewing Product team with tasks and sub-tasks as needed across multiple projects
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and develop escalation and mitigation plans
- Track actions and next steps after meetings and ensure on-time delivery of agreed-upon tasks
- Solve complex operational challenges through problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ensure PMO processes and governance standards are adhered to
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Understanding of all types of project management methodologies
- Superb written and verbal communication skills, presentation and meeting facilitation skills
Additional Qualifications:
- An understanding of the streaming industry i.e., landscape, business models & trends
- Previous experience working with Design & UX teams preferred
- Results-oriented with initiative to work as a team until the job is complete
- Highly collaborative, able to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams
