Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Real-time news research and gathering throughout the week with an emphasis on politics and entertainment
- Generate monologue joke set-ups conforming in the style of news lede-writing
- Miscellaneous research and internal database maintenance
- Script packet assembly for table reads
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:

- At least one year of production experience or internship-related experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Interested candidates must submit a resume for this job online to be considered
- Position could be remote with opportunities for office assignments in New York, NY
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
- Must be willing to work weekends, nights as needed by show (Sundays)

- Knowledge of LexusNexus or similar databases preferred
