As a Recruiter on the Early Careers team, you will work with business leaders and HR partners to recruit great talent for our best-in-class internship program and early career rotational programs. We are a flexible and agile recruiting team – this position will report to our Director of Early Career Recruitment and will primarily support NBC Sports Group and Ad Sales.

This is an opportunity to work with both NBC Sports and NBC Sports Next, a subdivision of NBC Sports and home to all NBCUniversal digital applications in sports and technology within its three groups: Youth & Recreational Sports, Golf, and Betting & Gaming. NBC Sports possesses an unmatched collection of media rights agreements, partnering with some of the most prestigious sports properties in the world: the International Olympic Committee and United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee, the NFL, NASCAR, INDYCAR, PGA TOUR, PGA of America, USGA, Churchill Downs, Premier League, Tour de France, Roland-Garros, and many more.

In addition to NBC Sports Group, this Recruiter will support NBCU’s Advertising Sales division, which is united as one seamless portfolio with a powerful ability to amplify an advertiser’s message and reach the right consumer in precise, targeted ways. With two broadcast networks (English and Spanish language), 15 cable properties and more than 50 digital properties, advertisers can build ideas around their brands that leverage our unparalleled range and diversity of networks, channels and digital platforms.
