Job Description

Assist with coordination of NFL game broadcasts & programs to int’l broadcast partners.  Daily tasks include contacting partners and gathering game selections; assist with weekly satellite/fiber orders; and distributing confirmations, formats, and AD information. 

Work required on select weekends and evenings.

Travel will be required during the season to assist in broadcast productions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating delivery of NFL games, programs, footage, and other content to regional areas: North America, Europe, & Asia.
  • Serve as point of contact for Int’l NFL Partners to coordinate transmission paths.
  • Document and track game selections and other content broadcast around the world.
  • Work with internal depts. and external facilities to distribute NFL content.
  • Liaise with NFL Broadcasting, network TV partners, team PR and stadium contacts to communicate broadcast details to int’l partners.
  • Support live transmissions while in progress to ensure highest quality experience for each partner.
  • Manage a public facing internet portal to communicate NFL broadcast information to int’l partners across the globe.
  • Liaise with NFL Events and stadium/venue operations to support productions for tentpole NFL events (i.e. International Series Games, Pro Bowl, Super Bowl, etc.)
  • Support onsite game productions for int’l partners who broadcast from the venue.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years in sports broadcast, television or other production and project management roles
  • Knowledge of broadcast distribution and technology
  • Knowledge of current sports broadcast production, content technologies and methodologies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Production Management skills
  • Foreign language skills
  • Experience working with professional sports franchise and/or sports league
  • Web page program experience

Travel
  • Ability to travel as needed for onsite game support (10% during peaks times)
