Job Description

This individual will work with leaders and managers to create a sense of belonging, enabling employees to bring their whole selves to Paramount Global and do their best work.

Responsibilities include:
  • Work closely with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership teams, including Executive Sponsor/Champions and Co-Chairs, to provide mentorship and support in order to advance their strategic plans
  • Assist with execution of ERG events, including craft RSVP lists, tracking employee participation, reserving facilities, handling catering, gathering necessary materials, preparing agendas, setting up and breaking down event space, and process and track payments
  • Assist in the execution of D&I programs, initiatives and special events, such as Inclusion Week, ERG leadership meetings and ERG Open Houses, at designated West Coast offices
  • In partnership with the creative services team, coordinate creation of collateral materials, such as ERG invitations or graphics, using Photoshop or Illustrator
  • Track company’s ERG programs
  • Maintain master membership database and distribution lists in coordination with the ERGs
  • Capturing and maintaining data in spreadsheets and calendars of upcoming releases, launch dates, and key cultural events/moments. Update key partners on important dates and marketing priorities, on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Serve as archivist with responsibility for cataloging and labeling photographs, videos and descriptions of events
  • Support the OGI team in conducting ongoing market research on standard processes, trends, emerging issues and solutions while identifying and recommending strategies for improving DEI efforts
  • Track and identify mutually-beneficial partnerships with key external organizations
  • Support and implement ERG communications plan on the West Coast
  • Arrange programs, events, or conferences by arranging for facilities, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and controlling event budget
  • Support managing ERG e-mail inboxes
  • Curate content for, design and distribute internal newsletter
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of project management/program coordination experience, preferably in a large, complex department or organization.
Additional Qualification
  • Previous experience working in media and entertainment settings and experience with D&I program management preferred
  • Highly motivated with the ability to effectively balance multiple work streams using resourcefulness and talent to proactively develop, drive, and implement projects to completion and implement processes from start to finish
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, and design applications such as Photoshop
  • Adaptive when it comes to the shifting landscape and culture of the enterprise
  • Due to the nature of work within the Office of Global Inclusion, the candidate must also bring considerable judgment and discretion in handling complex and confidential issues
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive and effective day-to-day working relationships

Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 75,000.00.
