Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the strategy and KPIs for social media around selected programs and talent.
- Work with show staff to implement day-to-day production of editorial content for social including text, photo, and video for multiple platforms.
- Set a strategy that will grow audience engagement.
- Develop and refine editorial tone and voice for each social platform and host.
- Innovate and propose new ways to extend the show and brand into new social platforms.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 -7 years of web content, internet or editorial experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently (must be a self-starter) and collaboratively as part of an integrated team.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with television and digital production procedures.
