Job Description
THIS IS A PERMANENT FULL TIME ROLE, PREFERABLY BASED IN SYDNEY (open to other locations for the right person)
Functions will also include:

- Building on ratings results across the network with a key focus on the sports breaks.
- Increasing online views of 10News First content
- Prioritising and selecting newsworthy stories for each bulletin
- Ensuring bulletins maintain live content and demonstrates a high level of creativity adding value to the bulletin
- Maximising product across all social and digital platforms - creating and execute special programming for online platforms.
- Managing strong relationships with journalists, producers, studio, editing and operational staff
- Taking care of sports rosters, sports record lists, management, performance reviews and all other aspects of running the sports news teams.
- Producing the Sydney bulletin.

- Confident leadership skills, ability to make tough decisions when required with care and authority
