Your Impact

Streaming Production:
Coordinate and assist from pre-to-postproduction on all projects.

Pre-production:
Identify and resolve studio logistical challenges to ensure a smooth production. For travel purposes, create production books and coordinate team travel. Coordinate payment of freelance production talent and on-camera talent.

Production:
Assist producers on-set. This could include technical assistance as well as logistical assistance. It’s a great opportunity to get exposure to all aspects of production.

Content Development: 
  • Attend and participate in brainstorm sessions and idea shares. Keep attuned with outside trends in television and streaming, constantly working to keep the Content Development team’s content fresh and relevant.
  • Communicate with internal QVC/HSN partners to assure cross-promotion and shared content and resources.
What You Bring
  • Experience:  Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in television/media production or related field. 
  • A proven track record of strong communication skills and independent judgment and a working knowledge of content production is preferred.
  • Knowledge of QVC or HSN, background in production and production accountabilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media and emerging platforms.
  • Operates with effective functional expertise.
  • Uses independent judgment to respond to real-time requests and operates with appropriate level of urgency. 
  • Can interact directly with hosts, on-air guests, vendor community, producers, and directors to confirm, support and execute production plan.
  • Requires hands-on experience with production equipment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
  • An understanding of current health, safety, and fire regulations                                                    
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.      

Position requires occasional flexible hours and some travel 
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
