Job Description

In this position you will use various channels to look for potential candidates, build talent pipelines for future hiring needs using, networking, social media and other avenues.  You will build a partnership with the business and play a key role in the full recruiting lifecycle. 

Responsibilities
  • Interact with potential candidates via telephone, social media and professional networks 
  • Craft and send engaging recruiting emails to generate candidate interest 
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques 
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Participate in various steps of the recruiting process
  • Point of contact for college and university outreach 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience required
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills
  • Familiarity with direct candidate sourcing 
Knowledge and Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems 
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Ability to understand the business to effectively meet recruiting needs
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
