Job Description

QVC is looking for a Talent Service Coordinator to work onsite at our 24/7 customer service desk in West Chester, PA. Reporting to our Talent Operations Supervisor, our coordinators are responsible for providing top-notch customer service to QVC internal & external partners, getting the talent ready to go on-air, handling issues, and working daily with the our backstage teams to communicate changes.

Whether it's greeting on-air guests as they arrive in the studio, handling tricky situations with high profile individuals, or informing the studio team of a last-minute change, the Talent Service Coordinator is available to handle it quickly and cordially.

Your Impact
  • Guide the in-studio experience of the hosts, guest teams, and models.
  • Support backstage teams by processing and communicating informational changes, and getting them to the necessary parties.
  • Resolve challenging situations that arise, such as scheduling conflicts, guest issues, late arrivals or call-outs of Talent team members, addressing breaches of policy, and making operational decisions that directly impact the live show.
  • Getting the guests and hosts ready before going on-air.
  • Work audio and engineering to report and trouble shoot mic issues.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Business, Television, Broadcasting or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training, skills, and experience.
  • 1+ years Customer Facing/Customer Service or Communications experience
  • 1+ years of RECENT and DEMONSTRATED experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced Customer Service and/or Studio Environment required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: including Excel and Word.
  • Please note that weekend and evening/night availability is mandatory to be considered for this role.
