Job Description

The Vice President, Global Marketing is responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of all marketing, promotion, and publicity/communications supporting FOX Entertainment Global content sales priorities.  

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Head of Marketing & Comms to develop strategic sales marketing and communications initiatives
  • Develop all sales marketing materials for new launches and current programming to support sales team goals including trailers, promos, decks, catalogues, website, and digital/emails blasts
  • Analyze and communicate key ratings and trends information for priority content to the FEG team
  • Align with FOX Entertainment network and studios to best position available content for sales marketing initiatives
  • Oversee review and approvals of marketing campaigns (print, on-air and on-line) created by Fox licensees to ensure compliance with guidelines and program branding
  • Attend sales meetings as required, Organize/Attend weekly departmental meetings
  • Manage planning, execution for sales focused markets and conferences and liaise with internal FOX stakeholders on industry events where appropriate– MIPCOM, MIPTV, SeriesMania, NATPE, London Screening, LA Screenings, etc.
  • Manage the team of Marketing & Communications Sr. Manager and Coordinator and work closely with Marketing Creative Team and MVE Marketing VP.
  • Manage premium/merchandise process for client gifting
  • Lead media planning, creative development, and analysis for annual ad campaigns
  • Develop relationships with trade publications and sales market/conference contacts
  • Collaborate and align with internal FEG teams (sales and strategy/ops) to strategize marketing initiatives
  • Oversee annual market and advertising budget
  • Oversee and collaborate on creative development for MarVista marketing assets with MVE marketing team
  • Oversee day to day operations of website
  • Oversee social media posting strategy and schedule
  • Collaborate with FE Corporate Comms on FEG communications strategies and tactics including market slate support, executive speaking/announcements, deal announcements, and other press opportunities
  • Work with FE Talent/Publicity team to organize custom content for key priorities
  • Lead awards submissions for appropriate 
  • Lead awards opportunities, entries, nominations, and ceremonies including collating material and managing submissions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • 12+ years of experience in entertainment marketing and/or communications
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Execute additional tasks upon request by sales and marketing or other executives
  • Previous leadership experience and managing a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word suite of programs including Powerpoint
  • International Travel where appropriate and ability to work events over weekends
  • Proven success in building and maintaining internal and external relationships

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is: $140,000.00-196,000.00 annually for California.
