VIDEOGRAPHER/ EDITOR - WVLT

WVLT is currently seeking a Videographer/Editor to create and edit news video packages for air.  You will routinely operate field camera equipment and/or TVU.

Duties/Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

* Shooting video and stills for our digital platforms and gathering information in the field
* Operating laptop editors, as well as live portable technology in the field
* Collaborating with reporters and producers on stories
* Maintaining equipment and vehicles as assigned by Chief Photographer

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Capable of working under pressure and meeting daily deadlines in a high-energy work environment
* Good communication skills, able to multi-task efficiently
* Knowledge of Sony PXW-X200 / 300 and Edius 9 a plus
* Experience as a video photographer and non-linear editing preferred but not required. Must be available to work all shifts and have a clean driving record

Education
Preferred
Bachelors or better in Journalism or related field.
