Your role will be to coordinate the Trailer Producers team and the creative team on the implementation of the production schedule and related resources.

Your Role Accountabilities…
- You will manage and organize the booking of the technical team (permanent and non-permanent).
- You will ensure that resources are shared equitably between the "Creative" team and the "Trailers" team.
- You will be in charge of recruiting new freelancers to fill in for replacements or reinforcements in the various positions.
Qualifications and Experience…
- Fluency in English and French (written & spoken)
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in project coordination
- Excellent command of Word and Excel.
- Knowledge and a passion for Sport
- Solid audiovisual experience.
- You are great at anticipating needs, can work autonomously to strict deadlines and have good interpersonal skills.
